This is the Miles Dainty Puzzle Bracelet, named after an autistic child from our online community. Mom says about Miles, "Miles is my 4 year old who has been mostly non speaking until this year. He has autism and apraxia, but doesn't let that stop him. He's my firecracker. He knows he's cute and uses it against you. He's obsessed with trains and cars, especially Jeeps. He loves physical comedy (think Chris Farley/crashing and jumping into and onto everything and everyone). He understands everything and has found that most people don't think he can "hear" because he doesn't have as much speech yet- and man alive does he know how to work that. He loves shocking adults and teachers with all he knows. He's also really cute (biased opinion I know), but he loves to flirt and hug and have everyone wrapped around his fingers. Miles has such a colorful personality and he makes the world a brighter place. I feel so lucky to be his mom."
The puzzle piece has been used to reflect the unknowns of autism and how it works as a diagnosis. I look at it as it reflects the unique qualities of our autism community. They are an important piece to the masterpiece of our lives.
Each bracelet is adjustable to easily slip over your hand and tightened to fit. They are beautiful on their own or layered with other pieces.
